Architecture & Design Narrative
NOMU displays a Contemporary Modernist / Contemporary Minimalist design aesthetic. The building incorporates clean architectural geometry, mid-century Scandinavian influences, and warm, tactile Mexican finishes.
Exterior Structure: Defined by sleek facade lines, black steel accents, and integrated planter balconies that soften the building’s profile against Puebla Street.
Interiors: Spaces rely on an elemental palette—smooth concrete, light oak woodwork, matte black fixtures, and neutral linen textiles.
Lighting & Spatial Flow: Floor-to-ceiling glass paneling maximises natural daylight, connecting indoor living areas directly to broad outdoor terraces.
