The architectural identity of Villa Riumors is rooted in traditional Catalan rural masonry with modern architectural upgrades. The exterior structure contains local fieldstone construction (pedra seca), traditional terracotta tiled rooflines, and high perimeter privacy walls. Interior elements such as vaulted brick ceilings (volta catalana), restored wooden support beams, wrought-iron accents paying homage to the property’s origin, and open-plan transitions that seamlessly connect indoor living areas with the outdoor courtyard.
