For CAOBA, this isn’t just a technical integration; it’s a leap in leadership. Cloudbeds currently powers over 20,000 properties worldwide, and soon, all those hoteliers will have access to a technology that eliminates the traditional frictions of OTAs.

Why is this integration different?
Unlike conventional Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), where hoteliers must spend hours uploading information or performing complex room mapping, we have created something entirely groundbreaking at CAOBA. The effort required from the hotelier is zero.
How does the "Magic" work?
The process is so simple it feels like magic:
- Connection: The hotelier enters the Cloudbeds Marketplace from their PMS and searches for CAOBA.
- Activation: Upon clicking, an immediate trigger is sent to our team. We automatically register the property in our system.
- Synchronisation: Rates and room mapping are performed automatically through the Marketplace.
- Finalisation: Once the property is live, the hotelier receives an automated email with the partner agreement and payment setup details.
What does the hotelier need to send us? For now, nothing. At CAOBA, we are extremely careful with visual quality. We prefer that, once connected, the hotelier sends us their best high-resolution files and images to ensure their property page is as attractive as possible for the end customer.

Simplified Payment Management
When connecting for the first time, the system defaults to Hotel Collect (the hotel collects payment upon the guest's arrival). However, if total automation is preferred, you can switch to CAOBA Connect (via Stripe). With this option, payments are automatically sent to the property as soon as the customer books on the website.
The Future: "Sub-direct" Bookings and Big Surprises
What do we expect from this integration? To offer a "sub-direct" booking model for the world’s best properties.
Our goal is clear: to provide hoteliers with a more direct relationship with their guests and to allow travellers to enjoy unique stays at a much lower price. But this is just the beginning. Looking ahead, we have some major surprises in store: we are already developing new integrations with other leading PMS, adding exclusive properties to our brand portfolio, and even, most likely, launching our very first flagship hotel.
In short, CAOBA is becoming the best of both worlds: the reach of an OTA (Marketplace) and the value of direct bookings (price and control).
