Some places can't be found by scrolling. They are discovered, the way you find a door in an old stone wall and realise someone left the key in the lock for you. That is the idea behind CAOBA Signature: a small, deliberate collection of singular properties that you can only book in two places, on CAOBA and on the property's own website.

Why a seal, and why now

Travel has never had more choice, and it has rarely felt more the same. The same listings appear on every platform, the same photos, the same fees stacked between guest and host. Signature is our answer to that sameness. It is not a category of price or size. It is a mark we give to homes whose architecture tells a story worth travelling for: vernacular houses built with the landscape, design residences shaped by an author's hand, spaces you remember long after checkout.

The three pillars of Signature

Absolute exclusivity. Every Signature property is listed only on CAOBA Hotels and on its own direct website for a minimum of six months. No marketplaces, no lookalike listings. If you are staying there, you found it here.

Direct reservations, without friction. Guests request their dates through a seamless booking module and receive confirmation within 24 to 48 hours. Payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect, so hosts are paid directly and guests deal with the people who actually look after the house.

Tailored value, beyond the stay. Signature homes receive custom CAOBA merchandising and welcome kits, dedicated international PR, and AI-driven visibility designed for the way travellers now search, from Google to assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

Arrival, by design

The welcome is where Signature becomes tangible. Picture it at golden hour: a bronze key with a dark wooden bow, a leather tag stamped Signature, a welcome journal resting on warm travertine, and a signature scent that will bring the place back to you months later. Nothing is generic. Every object is chosen to say the same thing the house says: this place was made with intention, and so was your stay.
