Casita Carbón rises quietly in the highlands of La Estancia, an unassuming gem crafted to harmonise effortlessly with its mountainous surroundings. It never sought to attract attention; its enchantment lies in subtlety, in the way it becomes part of the landscape rather than imposing upon it. Designed exclusively for two, it stands as a warm and secure refuge, elevated on the mountainside and embraced by 180° glass walls that frame panoramic vistas of sweeping wilderness.
From the outset, this little home drew inspiration from life’s simplest rituals: bathing, sleeping, sharing meals, and reconnecting with oneself. On sunlit days, the casita fully opens, dissolving boundaries between indoors and outdoors and inviting nature to flood its living spaces. In the midst of a storm, it closes gently and envelops its guests with interior warmth, allowing them to experience the mountain and rain from within its comforting embrace. As either ally or sanctuary, it offers an experience that remains etched in memory.

A Minimalist Mountain Retreat for Two. The home is a discreet refuge in the mountains of La Estancia, Córdoba, designed for two guests who value simplicity, comfort, and connection with nature. Elevated on the hillside, its 180° glass façade frames breathtaking panoramic views, making the surrounding landscape an ever-changing backdrop to your stay. On sunny days, the house opens entirely to merge with the outdoors; during storms, it closes to create a warm, sheltered haven.
Inside, every detail is thoughtfully prepared: a Tromen electric grill (no open flames), double electric burner, pots, utensils, and pantry basics. A Nespresso machine with two capsules per day, electric kettle, toaster, and a fridge with freezer make self-catering easy. Comfort is assured with air conditioning (hot/cold), luxury linens, towels, blackout curtains, and Starlink satellite Wi-Fi. Evenings can be enjoyed with the Smart projector—perfect for movie nights. Please also bring insecticide to avoid mosquito and other insects.
