Designed by the renowned Colombian architecture studio Plan:b Arquitectos, Heiss Hotel represents Tropical Contemporary Modernism.Structure & Form: The building features an L-shaped silhouette made from dark concrete blocks, exposed concrete, and glass elements that frame the surrounding skyline. 

Organic Integration: The facade comes alive with dynamic curved balconies wrapped in modern paneling and integrated planters brimming with native flora.

Biophilic Courtyard: A central open-air courtyard seamlessly links the indoor spaces to neighboring green zones, optimizing airflow, natural light, and climate-conscious design.
