Sustainable
The architecture of La Manigua Lodge is a masterclass in biophilic design and sustainable tropical construction. Elevated on stilts to minimize the structural footprint and allow for natural drainage and wildlife passage, the "treehouse" cabins utilise responsibly harvested wood and traditional palm-thatch techniques. The open-air concept prioritises cross-ventilation, eliminating the need for artificial cooling and ensuring that the boundary between the interior comfort and the external jungle remains beautifully blurred.
