Mediterranean
Tella Thera embraces a contemporary bioclimatic Mediterranean style. Its architecture follows the topography of the hillside, integrating seamlessly into the landscape. Low-rise buildings, local stone walls, wood finishes, and vegetated roofs, together with natural ventilation and carefully oriented openings, minimise the need for artificial climate control.
Upon entering, the experience is one of elegant seclusion: natural materials, earthy tones, local stone and wood evoke history and simplicity. Some suites, partially nestled into the hillside, appear to organically emerge from the land, while green terraces and vegetated roofs integrate the buildings into the environment, blurring the line between architecture and nature.
Curved forms, natural textures, earthy color palettes, handcrafted details, and wooden furniture convey discreet, intimate, and serene elegance. Rather than imposing on the landscape, Tella Thera feels like a settlement rooted in the land, respecting nature in every detail.
